Right of Withdrawal for professional  (B2B)
In accordance with the legal regulations governing business-to-business (B2B) transactions for cross-border shipments from Germany to France, there is no statutory right of withdrawal or return for distance contracts. Goods ordered for professional or commercial purposes cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Private individuals have a right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal for private person, consumer (B2C)
As a consumer residing in EU, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your goods, without having to provide any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email).
• Return Costs: The direct costs of returning the goods from France to Germany shall be borne by the customer.
• Refund: We will refund all payments received from you within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw, subject to the return of the goods in perfect condition.
